Always learning

In the past few days I have learned so much that I wish we would have know prior to the accident. It really, truly is amazing what insurance companies conveniently leave out and don't say. Also what they request and really have no right to ask for. Oy! Learning curve! At least I am making the lawyers really work for their cut :)
