We have been having a hard time getting Emily to eat; especially dinner. She has been fighting it a lot lately so we thought we would change things up a bit. We decided to make Blue (which turned out green) pancakes and Red (which turned out orange) eggs. And they were a big hit!

Have I mentioned how much I love my griddle and how very handy it is...especially when Tony could eat pancakes every night!!
Video of Emily helping with the eggs...this is after Tony scooped out all the egg shells. Emily did an o.k. job cracking the eggs!
